In the world of personal change Hypnosis has received a quite awe-full reputation, in some corners derided and in other corners praised to the heavens. But in at least one sense, hypnosis is simply an expert form of communication, as effective coaching is, but what about communication to both the conscious and subconscious minds. Heres where my coaching recordings come in, allowing both minds to work and play together.
